Golden Age Manor is proud to partner with HealthPartners to have a Nurse Practitioner on staff at Golden Age Manor. This Nurse Practitioner oversees resident care along with the qualified Medical Director. Upon admission, the resident's health care continues under the supervision of the Nurse Practitioner or the physician of the resident's choice.
The resident's personal physician will determine the plan of care, prescribe medications, treatments, diet, and identify areas of restorative care. In addition, the personal physician will see the resident for the required visits and is available for consultation as necessary. In situations where a resident's physician is not available, their designated alternate physician will be utilized.
