We provide nursing service in the facility 24/7. Our nurses do an excellent job of assessing resident's needs and individualizing care plans. The care plan team consists of an RN, Dietitian, Dietary Manager, Activity Director and Social Services Director. We involve the resident, their families and guardians in the care planning process. If requested, we will also assist residents to prepare plans for emergency care and advance directives. As a result, we consistently out-perform in preventing pressure sores, not using restraints, and the number of infections. Our certified nursing assistants are highly trained and very competent. They understand the medical conditions and cognitive impairments that residents have. Our nursing assistants work with the same residents on a consistent basis. They understand the resident's needs and are able to respond quickly to resident calls, respect their privacy and assist them in the most dignified manner.
